Orders may be delivered to major towns and cities across the country depending on courier availability.

Orders are processed within 0–1 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (East Africa Time) may be processed on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time may be processed on the next business day.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the customer’s location.

Typical delivery times are:

  • 1–2 business days for deliveries within Nairobi
  • 2–4 business days for deliveries to other towns within Kenya

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, traffic conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees

We charge a flat shipping rate of KSh 500 per order for deliveries within Kenya.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you may receive updates regarding the delivery status through email or phone communication.

Customers may contact us at any time to check the status of their orders.

6. Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable or the delivery address is incorrect, the courier may attempt delivery again or contact the customer to arrange a new delivery time.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details to avoid delays.

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:
