Customers in Kenya may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in new or slightly used condition and in acceptable state.
  • All original accessories, packaging, manuals, and promotional items included with the product must be returned.
  • The customer must provide the preferred refund method (M-Pesa number or bank details).

Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

2. Types of Returns Accepted

We accept returns for the following situations:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect products delivered
  • Eligible non-defective products returned within the allowed return window

All returned items must meet the return eligibility conditions listed above.

3. Exchanges

We accept product exchanges for eligible items within the 7-day return window.

Exchanges may be provided if:

  • The wrong item was delivered
  • A replacement item is available and preferred by the customer

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the customer’s preferred method, which may include:

  • M-Pesa
  • Bank transfer
  • Other approved refund methods

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the item may be returned to the customer without a refund.

6. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

7. Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning products to our store unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, Elvatech Accessories will cover the return handling cost.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may be declined if:

  • The product is returned after the 7-day return window
  • The product is severely damaged due to misuse or improper handling
